These have been pretty unconventional times, to say the least. Most people have experienced unbelievable changes, some for the better and some for the worst. As we look forward to moments filled with more opportunities and better circumstances, keep in mind that creation is the main ingredient used to transform yourself.

You are your own special creation, and every aspect of your life is yours to create. As women, a huge part of remaining grounded through change is understanding that we have the creative power to interrupt the natural changes that occur in our lives and create something out of the chaos that benefits us. There is something special about starting over and shedding the skin that no longer fits you. Just as the snake sheds his skin as he grows, as you grow and evolve, you must release yourself from the burdens of experiences that can no longer serve you. As beautiful as change can be, we all know that we can suffer from detaching ourselves from the past, especially if it happened out of the blue or without warning.

Are you prepared to separate or lose someone you love, lose your job, or just feel stuck? When you find yourself there, you have no other choice but to accept the process of rebuilding your life from the ground up, and having a plan will greatly increase your chances of creating the life you want successfully.

You can do this by understanding that you are the creator of your reality because only you have the power to assess your life and move forward based on what you need now. Firstly, make sure to make peace with the past as well as your new reality because you will need to work with the truth of your situation. Then ask yourself these questions: Am I ready to detach from the past? What do I want now? How do I make what I want to happen? Does this plan align with my goals?  Does my plan align with my values? What will I do if there is resistance to my plan? 

What will happen if I find myself feeling tempted to stray away from my plan? Then create the strategy that will help you succeed in your plan. You hold the divine feminine gift of creation and mastering it starts with mastering the creation of self.
